Catherine advises both organisations and individuals on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment and business immigration issues. Clients she regularly works with come from a broad range of sectors. On the employment front specialisms include Employment Tribunal litigation and in particular unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. Her immigration work includes Sponsor Licence applications and renewals, general business immigration advice and assistance as well as visa applications including for Tier 2 dependents as well as advising on Indefinite Leave to Remain and naturalisation. Outside of Doyle Clayton, Catherine has worked in-house in financial services, in the hospitality and leisure industry and was also at the Bar.
