Shortchanged on completion of a sale of a property which has ultimately lead to a complaint in September 2022 being made to the SRA which has still not been settled. Since that time are due a further sum from a retention made which was confirmed by them but still not paid as last excuse was that he was waiting for permission to release it.

Imran keeps on changing companies and will ignore all your calls and emails, he will just waste your time and effort

Imran Rashid, Harjeet Singh Bhalru and Noemi Marchillo are all dangerous people who don't care at all for your money or wellbeing.

They cost us thousands of pounds by failing to inform us of a planning application they received notice of from the vendors before we exchanged.

I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy and I would urge anyone who has had issues with Eric Smith to report them to the SRA.

Our experience with Eric Smith was faultless. The solicitors answered all our questions, of which we had plenty as first time buyers, really quickly and they handled all paperwork in an efficient manner. The app was also a great way to see the progress of our purchase and laid out the steps clearly. We would definitely recommend and would use them again if we ever come to sell!

Unfortunately I decided to choose Eric Smith Law back in September 2022 to handle my purchase of a property, paid a deposit and current update...was passed onto a third case handler in early December, they have made zero one to one contact with me since, I've tried many emails, leaving many phone messages, emails to the previous case handler just to try and get any response, emails to the enquiries there at Eric Smith Law, phone numbers that are provided are never "not busy on another call" and here I am leaving a review, as well as to warn others, mainly to try to get any sort of response from Eric Smith Law to try to move my case forward. I'm in agreement with all the other one star reviews on here, the "service" Eric Smith Law provide, in my experience, is very unprofessional.

Eric Smith Solicitors have been amazing dealing with my case related to my purchase. They have been so organised and made everything so simple especially around the workflow they have created.

They have kept me updated at right intervals on the progress and all of my questions were answered so well. They definitely put the customer first.

I had to cancel the process due to a few changes at my end and even cancelling it was so so simple. I must say one of the best customer experience i have come across and will definitely be using Eric Smith Solicitors in the future when required.

Eric Smith Solicitors have been fantastic for us - really looked after us carefully during the most stressful time to move house I think there may have been since the war. The team were totally dependable, doing exactly what they said they would, promptly dealing with our enquires, providing the info we needed, and negotiating very effectively on our behalf.
