I would strongly recommend Hepburn and Delaney with any legal matters in particular I want to praise Mohit Vaghela for the endless effort and time dedicated into my family custody matter with an international element to which was a great success, I can now focus on my child with the confidence that everything was addressed and granted to which I had asked for.

Great professional service

Child Arrangements
It is with deep regret that we have had to let Mohit go as our solicitor. This is only down to financial reasons. He has worked tirelessly with our case and helped with all our questions and in receiving advice. He has seen our distress at our circumstances and worked to help achieve the best outcome. Mohit is friendly and approachable and listens with care. He has helped no end in ensuring we have all information we need to continue our journey alone and I thank him sincerely for everything he has done.

Divorce
Mohit was lovely and friendly, he explained everything easy which make the experience less daunting. He was always there to take my calls and always updating me as soon as he had any information. I would definitely use Mohit again although I don't ever want to go though a divorce again.

Operation Disney
I would like to personally thank you for your help over the last few months, they have been exhausting but I’m so appreciative that we’ve been able to get what we wanted to achieve. The advice Mohit has give has been professional and clear. He has kept a level head throughout and has kept me focused on the bigger picture which has helped me personally cope with this stressful situation. His communication has been consistent and he has been a pleasure to deal with and speak too. Theo and I are very grateful that because of your hard work and dedication to getting this resolved we are now able to go and see Mickey Mouse next month (If the flights aren’t cancelled 😅). I would highly recommend not just mohit but also the entire firm, everyone that I have spoken to has been polite and friendly and that really makes the difference with these situations.
