Handed my case to Bower and Bailey only to be told, a month later, that the diagnosis was given 2 years before the infection I nearly lost my life in 2018, called sepsis. Despite admitting to have no medical knowledge, Ms Suzanne Dobbs had a look herself at my records and dismissed my case before asking for £5000 before any further action is taken.
