Successful Contract Dispute
What began as an off the cuff conversation about an annoying contract has now become a successful legal challenge. From start to finish the service we have received has been professional meaning that we had no fear in taking on an opponent who was bigger and better resourced than us. The outcome has been confirmed today and it is better than we could have hoped for when first started the process

Professional, effective and friendly service
I sought advice due to an unpleasant boundary dispute with a neighbour. I always felt I was supported by Hannah (my solicitor) who provided the knowledge to resolve problems. She always there during a stressful time, responded promptly and was open and timely in explaining costs.

Experience of your Company over 16 years
I used your company in 2007 when we met with Shirley Tull at your office in Newton Abbot. Since this time we (my partner and I) have used no other.

Thank you to Hannah
I hired Wollens to help me sort out the mess I found myself in when trying to evict a stubborn tenant from my deceased partners flat. He has been dead over two years and the longer this situation went on the more problems I was encountering with dealing with his estate. As soon as Hannah Venn Munns took on the case things started to move forward. I took her advise and let her deal with the situation. She was very efficient, very professional and very approachable.

Hannah is lovely just a pity we could not meet face to face it would have made things a little better very truthful and always explained very clearly why something could not be done ,only wish I had a very large sum of money because if I had I would have continued this action until we could have got to the truth because in my heart I know something is very wrong the word is corruption back hander what ever you wish to call it ,also thanks to Hannah we were put in contact with Mr Higgins who was a great help ,Thank You
