Katja Wigham is a partner and head of our award-winning Commercial Property & Planning team and advises clients from our Reading, Henley-on-Thames and Wokingham offices, as well as remotely. She has significant experience of advising in relation to land development (working with landowners and developers), commercial leases and the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property (working with landlords, tenants and investors), and property finance (secured lending). Katja has particular expertise in advising charities, educational institutions and third sector organisations but also acts for a wide range of commercial clients. She is recommended in the UK's leading guides to law firms, Chambers UK Guide and The Legal 500, with the former recognising her in the highest band 1 tier. Katja participates in a range of sector focused events across the Thames Valley and is a regular speaker at the firm's annual Property & Planning Law updates.
