Andy specialises in residential conveyancing, leasehold enfranchisement, and secured lending. He often works in conjunction with buying agents and / or trust companies, as a seamless service. Andy’s main focus and much of his client base revolves around prime central London conveyancing. Many of his clients and contacts come from overseas. He draws on the strength that comes with his local knowledge, particularly in Westminster / Pimlico and his experience of the local landed Estates such as Grosvenor and Cadogan. Andy joined William Sturges LLP in November 2019 with 29 years’ post qualification experience, having been a partner at two prominent West End law firms since originally qualifying as a solicitor at Clifford Chance.
