Thank you for your professional service again

We had an awkward property sale involving land registry and boundary issues, but Sophie Jones handled it efficiently and professionally, as she has our previous property transactions. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Excellent, professional, detailed, and dedicated solicitors

I recently made a property purchase and sale. Neither was straightforward for various planning, probate, and associated reasons. Yet Sally Hussain navigated me through the six month progress without complaining - always available to answer queries, chase the various parties, and keep the process on track. She had a great eye for detail and was always on top of her brief, was incredibly dedicated and professional, and was able to successfully advise on how to approach a complex situation. I would recommend her - and William Sturges - to anyone that is looking for support.

Totally on the ball in a transaction otherwise plagued with delays

This the sixth residential property transaction in which our family has engaged William Sturges was subject to seemingly endless delays that reflected an unfortunate inability of parties on the other side of the table to anticipate the obvious and carry out their roles efficiently. By contrast, William Sturges were always ahead of matters and kept us informed at all times of how things were proceeding (or not, as was often the case unfortunately) and how our position could be improved

Excellent conveyancing solicitor

Sophie Jones supported us on a recent and quite complex house move. She was incredibly responsive, clear and pragmatic. After our original chain collapsed for reasons beyond our control, Sophie worked at pace to help us exchange on another property within three weeks of making an offer. Would highly recommend!

Divorce!

A very long , difficult and protracted divorce case . In which Rosie Hannon handled superbly , and had to listen to a multitude of issues / grievances from myself and handled everything extremely professionally. Over the years ( yes , years !! ) , Rosie became more like a friend than a Solicitor. Whilst still maintaining her professionalism throughout . Even to the point , where at the end of the case , my Mother ( who Rosie got to also know ) took her and her husband ( James ) out for a meal as a thank you for all their hard work .
Can’t recommend William Sturges enough . And , obviously a special mention for Rosie for putting up with me ! ( a feat in itself !!)

Highly recommended

Instructed William Sturges on the sale of our property, which coincided with an international relocation and ultimately completed after we had left the country. Sophie Jones provided a flawless service, navigating through a bumpy and protracted sale process, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Excellent service

We have used Sophie Jones (Williams Sturges LLP) on a number of transactions over the past couple of years including one residential sales transaction which has just concluded in the last few weeks. Sophie has always handled the transaction queries quickly, asking the right information at the right time and ensuring that everything has gone smoothly. I really cannot praise enough her knowledge and service delivery.

Absolutely superb.

We would never had managed to navigate the pitfalls over a torrid nine months of trying to buy if it wasn’t for Sophie Jones. Always available, excellent advice throughout and a calming hand too. Thank you Sophie. You are one of a kind.

Very happy with William Sturges firm and our solicitor Sophie Jones

it has been a pleasure to deal with Wllm Sturges firm and our solicitor Ms. Jones. She was recommended to us by a friend and easily fit our house sale into her work load. We were happy with the communications and very pleased with her assistance resolving one or two quirky issues. I would be pleased to recommend Ms. Jones to others. I should add that as we are American expats navigating an unfamiliar system we were pleased to have Ms. Jones as our advocate who was able to assist with aspects that differed from our own experience

Exceptional service from start to finish with our property sale and purchase with David Cross at William Sturges Solicitors. David was extremely attentive and quick to manage the intricacies of these transactions. Highly recommend David, so much so we are using him for another transaction.

We wanted to buy a lease on a storage room in our block of flats, a relatively minor transaction but potentially complicated by the involvement of both another leaseholder and the freeholder. Jonathan Picken and Rhyanna Momrelle dealt calmly with the whole process, kept us informed of progress and were always available to answer questions or meet with us as necessary in the office.

A client

I was delighted with the expertise and efficiency Sophie provided from start to finish with my property conveyancing. She was highly responsive, organised and navigated all situations with ease. The difference in quality and service compared to other solicitors I have worked with was evident. I would most definitely use William Sturges in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
