Conveyancing for purchase of first home with Sally

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Sally H when purchasing our first home. We had a very tight deadline to meet and Sally was exemplary in coordinating all the necessary documents and communications to help us complete within our timeframe. Sale of high value property in London

Sophie Jones acted for us in the sale of our house in South West London. The process went smoothly and quickly. Our estate agent recommended Sophie as being highly responsive and pragmatic, and she certainly was. There was a chain of three parties and two high value properties, but with certain complexities that needed sensitive handling. We thought we got great advice and all matters raised were resolved effectively. We would recommend Sophie and William Sturges.

Excellent Customer Service and Seamless Experience

We recently used Sophie Jones and her team to help us with a property purchase in London. The experience from start to finish was first class - regular and clear communication, all deadlines met comfortably, very reasonable fee structure with no surprises - and add to that all work was performed remotely as we are based in US - then everything went even better than we could have hoped for. So thorough and on top of things

We instructed Sophie Jones and her team with the purchasing of our new home. We are firsty time buyers so came into the process totally clueless but it was so helpful having Sophie and her team guide us through it. I was so impressed with how available and quick to respond everyone was. Sophie was approachable, easy to reach if ever I wanted to just call for an expiation rather than an email. There was always constant communication which I loved. I also got a really good quote compared to other solicitors so was pleased about that. Superb Solicitors - couldn't recommend more highly

William Sturges and Sophie Jones in particular are a first class solicitor. Proactive, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, supportive and efficient are just some of the superlatives I would use. In a scenario where there is a complexity or nuance that requires more specialist advice, there is a network of equally professional and helpful specialists that can be accessed. Financially very reasonable and crucially not seeking to charge for any and all additional dots and commas. Couldn't recommend more highly.

David Cross was fantastic in his support of our house sale, and purchase. He has a deep knowledge and experience of the technical area, and he used this to build a fabulous and empathetic working relationship with us, and guided us through the (in our case) complex process. David is prompt and efficient, and left none of our many questions unanswered. He is a terrific lawyer and operator, and we have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him to others. I went through a horrible divorce and Graeme Fraser was there every step of the way. People tend to flip from one solictor to another. I stayed with Graeme and I'm pleased I did. I'd recommend Graeme, he knows this subject inside and out and I thank him for his work over this horendous period of my life. Listen to him and make your decisions. Do not think you know everything that is where you will make a mistake. With an non biased view is the right approach I feel, be patient and listen to Graeme. A great solicitor who I'll never forget. If I could give 10 stars I would.
