He has more than 3 decades experience conducting litigation at all levels of the judicial system. He has also conducted scores of mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution during his career. He has been involved in many cases where it has been necessary to obtain interim relief, by, for instance, securing freezing injunctions and asset disclosure orders. His approach is robust, and forceful whenever required, and at all times focused on delivering a timely and satisfactory resolution to his clients’ disputes.
