Worst service possible
I used JWR and Nick Tyrer over 3 years ago when buying a flat.
Nick is a good talker will tell you what you want to hear then do nothing about it.
My advice to avoid or don’t pay him until you are 100% sure he has completed all the work.
Over 3 years on and I’m still in arrears with my management company due to Nick not completing his work.
Currently getting advice on this matter.
