She graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2007, following which she joined the Scottish Law Commission as a legal research assistant. She then returned to Dundee in 2008 to obtain her Diploma in Legal Practice, graduating in 2009. Lyndsey joined Miller Hendry in September 2010.
