Stephanie Walker joined Oakwood Solicitors in October 2016. Stephanie is Deputy Head of the Finance Litigation Team and works closely with the Head of the Department. In July 2022 Stephanie assumed the role of acting Head of Department to cover a period of maternity leave. Stephanie is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the team. Stephanie has a background in financial mis-selling and is regularly instructed to act on behalf of claimants in respect of mis-sold investments, negligent investment advice, and mis-sold pension claims. Stephanie accepts instructions on all financial mis-selling matters, however, she has specialist experience and knowledge on; CFDs and leveraged trading ISAs and stockbroking accounts Failed investment bonds Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs) Stephanie’s technical ability combined with her practical approach ensures that she obtains the best outcome for her clients.
