Sarah at Beyond very kindly agreed to take on my case in very challenging circumstances, with an especially tight deadline, when many other solicitors had told me that they were unable to help. Steph, who was assigned as my primary contact, was remarkable from the outset: always anticipating potential delays, clearly communicating the options to avoid them, and unfailingly calm and professional. I can safely say that Christmas would have been a very difficult one for my family this year were it not for them and I really appreciate the effort they put in to get the purchase over the line. I couldn't recommend them and Beyond more highly!

Amazing solicitor
We used beyond conveyancing to sell our property and buy our new home. From start to finish they were amazing and very professional. We had direct contact with Steph throughout and she went above and beyond to keep us updated step by step. Nothing was too much trouble and Steph was so friendly and approachable whenever we had any questions. 100% recommended

Conveyance
Stephanie managed the purchase of a house for us in Worsley. Not a straight forward purchase due to it being an international buy. However, Steph was calm and collected every step of the way. The paperwork was straight forward to complete and Steph made sure we understood the process and next steps. Even when the Estate Agents were constantly pestering us, Steph just handled everythibg

Highly responsive, attentive to detail and professional!
We had a great experience working with Beyond Conveyancing and specifically Stephanie in their team who helped navigate a challenging transition that we had to pull out of. Despite tremendous time pressures Stephanie helped us purchase a different property. Overall having someone so professional and knowledgable on our side during a stressful process made all the difference! Above and beyond, outstanding service.
We can't recommend Beyond Conveyancing and Stephanie highly enough. Stephanie's prompt, clear communication, combined with her exceptional knowledge, competence and proactive approach took away so much stress that can often be part of the process of buying a house. She is friendly and approachable and was always happy to answer any queries we had. We had complete trust in her and never had to chase her for an update as she kept us in the loop every step of the way and dealt with any issues efficiently and professionally.
We will be recommending Beyond Conveyancing to our friends and family- we wouldn't use anyone else for conveyancing!

Buying my first home
Stephanie has been an outstanding conveyancer. She was proactive, timely, approachable and understanding. I felt she looked after me really well during my first experience of buying a home. She advised me and explained things well which was so important due my inexperience in buying a house. I would highly recommend Stephanie! Especially to first time buyers!

Excellent attention to detail
Decided to go with Sarah and Beyond as I knew them prior to buying a house and felt safe in the knowledge the job would be completed with the upmost professionalism and care, and this was proven time and time again through the transaction.
Sarah diligently noticed an issue on the title and ensured that before we could proceed this was dealt with so that in a future sale we would not have any issues. The other side tried to dismiss the issue but after some persistence realised it needed to be dealt with and thankfully dealt with it before our offer expired!
I would have no hesitation in recommending the team to friends and colleagues, knowing that they’re in safe hands.

House sale and purchase
absolutely amazing experience from Stephanie Nield - she managed both sale and purchase exceptionally and guidance my every step on the way through a very stressful and drawn out process. no question or request was ever too much and she was always one step ahead of the game constantly chasing the other parties for updates and going above and beyond !
