Additional borrowing plus help to buy redemption
Gaines and Wilkinson were very professional whilst remaining competitive with their fees and charges. Our solicitor was very helpful (Julia) and she listened to my frustrations over the Help To Buy scheme, which was really helpful and come up with a plan to achieve the result we needed, as timescales were squeezed due to the Christmas period.

Efficient and thorough - thank you!
We've recently completed on our first home and Julia was great from start to finish. Every step and process was explained thoroughly, and communication was fantastic throughout. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Sale and Purchase of Properties
This was quite complex in relation to the Purchase of my Moms leasehold property, Julia dealt with it very efficiently and communicated with us throughout the process. Would definitely recommend using Gaines and Wilkinson.

Never fails to deliver superb service
Any question I have, Julia, Jackie or Kim go out of their way to help. I have bought/sold a number of properties with them.
They have encountered bolshy and/or inadequate service from other professionals, showing patience and tenacity where required.
In addition, Julia is fantastic at explaining what's happening, including you as much as you want to be. I have learned so very much. I'd never go elsewhere. I trust them implicitly.

Highly recommend Julia Gatenby
