Complete Lack of Communication for Weeks
I instructed Youngs Law to do some conveyancing work for my house purchase. To begin with, all was okay, although they seemed irritated whenever I called. However I noticed nothing happened until I called, so I continued calling. After being told several times that the next stage would be done by tomorrow or the end of the week and that was not happening, Josie Peach seemingly just decided that she wouldn't answer my calls anymore. The company has a very poor telephone system which meant when I couldn't get through to the Southampton/Haant team, it either hung up or sent me to a different office. Which then forwarded me to the Southampton/havant office which didn't answer, and the phone cut out.
I attempted to Call Josie 35+ times without succeeding, and then I got an email saying Yuongs Law are no longer taking on any Legal work. Magically Josie answered for the first time in almost a month to confirm. I don't know what is happening there but everyone should avoid Youngs. It has led to me planning on moving in in August to now likely being October due to their incompetence and lack of communication. Bramsdon and Childs have so far been a refreshing improvement compared to these clowns.

Excellent Service
I would like to thank Jo Peach for the first class customer service. Jo was was a constant source of calm, knowledge and professionalism in my recent property transactions. Youngs Law would be advised to retain her as she is a valuable asset and credit to the company. I would recommend Jo Peach thoroughly.

Excellent service from start to finish
Josie was amazing through the whole process of purchasing our 1st house. Never an issue to contact josie, always at the end of the phone or an email away. Very pleasant to speak to,very knowledgeable and always willing to help.
