Françoise advises clients in cross-border divorce forum and jurisdiction disputes as well as marital breakdown, separation, financial settlements, child care arrangements, parental orders, leave to remove, pre and post marital agreements. All of her cases have an international element and many of them involve high net worth individuals. Françoise is a French national. She qualified as a French lawyer at the Paris bar in 2005 and cross qualified in England. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2009. Françoise advises French clients in matters dealt within the jurisdiction and English clients who are involved in litigation in France. Françoise joined Beyer Family Law as a consultant following her training in one of the Legal 500 first top tier ranking firms in London as well as several years of consultancy for a niche firm. Francoise is a member of Resolution. She is a trained collaborative lawyer and a mediator. She mediates in French and in English. Francoise is a regular speaker at conferences on cross-border family law in England and in France. She is a member of the Franco-British Lawyers Society and has received an award from the association in 2018 for her outstanding contribution in helping French women lawyers settling in England.
