Nigel has been a solicitor for over 40 years. In 2014, he became a full member of STEP (The Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners). During his long legal career, he has worked in many areas of law (including those referred to below) giving him a broad experience that he is able to apply daily to his current practice. Since becoming a member of STEP Nigel George has specialised in preparing and advising on Will, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, Trust creation and administration, Inheritance Tax planning, Mental Capacity and End of Life Planning. Nigel has delivered Dementia Friends workshops as a Dementia Champion and has also acted as a Death Café facilitator. He has recently become a Trustee of the Mulberry Centre, in Isleworth which provides advice and counselling to those living with Cancer. Nigel adopts a compassionate and empathetic approach with his clients and is passionate about the importance of delivering excellent service. He looks to offer assistance and advice during often challenging periods of people’s lives.
