Ros and her team went above and beyond their remit to make both these tranactions as smooth and stress free as they could be. No hesitation in recommending Lennons, they are extremely professional but also very caring.

Amazing solicitor delaling with my late mums house sale
Ros and Dianne were amazing outstanding to be totally honest always quick to respond to emails and kept me updated all the time with where we stood with the buyers,
Even contacting me in a evening with updates I would highly recommend Ros 100%and if I was ever needing a solicitor to handle buying or selling a house they would be the frist people I would contact,
I am a very happy bunny 🐰 🐇

House sale and purchase
We sold our house in mid-February and were in a chain which was slightly nerve-racking towards the end, but Ros was calm and reassuring throughout and regularly updated us.
Unfortunately, there was a delay in completing our house purchase as the sellers had to wait for a grant of probate. Ros arranged for us to exchange contracts so we were then able to move into the house under a licence to occupy until probate was granted.
It was quite an unusual situation but Ros was extremely helpful in explaining the risks and checking all the details. She also had everything prepared so we were ready to exchange as soon as probate was granted a couple of months later. Great professional service and very friendly!

Efficient, Thorough, Reassuring
Ros has been a valuable asset to our house purchase. She did thorough checks and explained very single details to us and has been very efficient in answering our questions. She is so hardworking and has gone way beyond what’s required. Thank you, Ros!

Great experience - first time buyer

Excellent - professional, knowledgeable and lovely!
Ros and her team have just helped us with the sale of our house. They are by far the best solicitors I've worked with buying/selling a property. Very professional and efficient, as well as being extremely nice to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Invaluable advice and assistance
Ros Nolan recently acted for us in a rather protracted sale transaction and kept us informed at all times of where we were in the process, the issues that had arisen and provided sound advice as to how to proceed. I am certain that without this professional and friendly guidance we would have risked losing the sale or would have experienced even longer delays. I cannot recommend Ros and Lennon's highly enough.

Excellent
Can highly recommend Lennons Solicitors. Ros and Dianne made a difficult house move so much easier. They are highly professional, helpful and always available to speak to. But mostly they are human in their approach and understanding of the worries that changing a home can bring. Our moving day was made less stressful knowing they were taking care of things.

Friendly, professional solicitors
We used Lennons Amersham as our solicitor to buy a new build home. Ros and Dianne were very personal, easy to contact and explained things very clearly to us (neither of us have any sort of experience in this field, so this was much appreciated!). It felt like Ros tied up all the loose ends to our purchase and kept in contact all the time - we never had to chase things up. We would not hesitate to recommend Lennons.
