Sale of property (probate)
Tinsdills, and Helen Jaidy in particular, were excellent. They made the process of selling the property of my late aunt very smooth. Probate took a long while to be granted which meant that the timescales at the end needed to be compressed. But Helen made great efforts to keep things moving. Just before exchange an issue arose over whether there was a right of way for rear access to the property. Helen dealt with this clearly, quickly and efficiently to ensure it didn't block the process.

Great service
Helen explained all the process. Completed sale and purchase in 10 weeks. And the price was considerably lower than other firms who quoted.

Sale of Shared Ownership/Leasehold Flat
I appointed Tinsdills when I needed to sell my flat, which was shared ownership and a leasehold property. I wasn't sure if I was ever going to be able to sell this flat and it was a long and sometimes stressful process. Thankfully I was assigned Helen Jaidy who was very knowledgeable in dealing with this kind of property and she was always happy to answer my numerous questions along the way and I did eventually sell the property. Thank you Helen and Mia, and also Alison and Kelly who helped when finalising the sale.
