Poor communication. Asked to send documents which were already sent as internal staff do not communicate with each other.
Aggressive telephone manor of person dealing with transfer and very short and rude in responses.
Only good experience was talking to the receptionist.

Home move
Everything went well, only hiccup was not recieving enough communication on completion day, meaning we were hanging about all day. Everything else was on time and well executed. Lovely service overall.
