I recently found myself stuck in a driving offence case, I got referred to scullion law and spoke with Mr Urfan Dar, he gave me the confidence that they will take it on, my case was dealt with miss Lucy McKenna. On the last hearing she couldn’t make it and so Ms Judith Hutchison took over and attended, she came out with a very very good and pleasant outcome ! Very competent and professional I knew I was in safe hands, got the case dismissed. Highly recommend scullion law very professional ppl from the reception desk to the court rooms. Drink Driving Charge
My father was facing a drink driving charge from October 2021. I contacted Scullion Law on his behalf as this was very unknown circumstances that my family were facing. I was in contact with both Urfan at first and then Lucy throughout the case. Both of these lawyers were very patient with my father as he was often confused with what was going on throughout this experience. Lucy kept myself informed throughout the case and advised us of the best course of action. She was professional and friendly and kept me to up to date with everything that was going on with my father's case. We only had to attend court on one occasion. Lucy represented my father on all the other occasions which really helped with the stress on myself, my sister and my father at the time. The outcome of the case was the best we could have hoped for and I can't recommend Scullion Law highly enough.

Representing me in a recent case.
My solicitor, Lucy McKenna from Scullion's At Law, really pulled out All the stops on my behalf in a Long, drawn out case brought against me by Police Scotland. She arranged a specialst to see me, the result being that I was found to be Not Guilty on medical grounds and that the Police had clearly misrepresented the facts, having taken me home without having me seen by a medically qualified person, resulting in me going into a seizure and in hospital with my muscles completely locked. I was kept in for around a week. Earlier treatment would have prevented this. Lucy found Exactly the correct doctor to write the report, hence the favourable end to my case - which had been hanging over me for 18mths. I am so grateful to Lucy for the many hours she Must have put into my defence - she was/is the consumate professional and the ' behind the scenes' staff at Scullions equally so. Five Star Service
I contacted Scullion Law a few weeks back and I have been dealing with Hazel, she has first-hand been absolutely amazing. I explained my situation and my circumstances. I was honest with Hazel and explained I was also speaking with another Law Firm to see what my options were financially.
