Terrible experience
I've been trying to get them to close a Trust Fund for one and half years, set up for my son until he was 25 years. Mr Buxton is the Trustee. Despite writing a letter of complaint in April, I'm still waiting. I'm now about to contact the Legal Ombudsman. Mr Buxton just makes excuses when I email him, if he responds at all. My son is now nearly 27. I'm not the only person where nothing seems to get done.
