This solicitor has closed there personal injury department when i had a ongoing claim with them, even though they have closed it them selves they are asking me to pay fees, why should i have to pay fees when they closed there department them selves? Like its my fault

I worked with Aydın&bright lawyers. My lawyer's name is Aynur. I want this person punished. Even though I paid a lot of money to this company, my life is gone because of his negligence. I was desions rejected, I didn't know. I was called for an interview, I didn't know, I'm getting my driver's license. A week later I got a letter and they want my driver's license back. And this is how I learn. My lawyer says I did not receive such an e-mail because I entered my own e-mail address incorrectly. I asked for my documents and when I read the rejection letter, I learned that I was called for an interview. About 1 week later, he sent my document. He told me I had missing paperwork. He didn't tell me I was called for an interview. He didn't care about his job and lied. I work in this country and live by the rules of this country. I pay my tax I want to apply for reconsideration and get my visa again. I would be grateful if you could help with this problem.
