A family member got into some trouble. A first time offence ended up as a really traumatic and scary time and help was needed. We contacted Dale and Dunphy and spoke to Kieran. I was impressed from our first call. Direct advice and information was given. There was about a month's wait before the court date and the communication was brilliant to keep us in the loop. Emails were answered within 24-48 hours. The day of court was long and scary for my family member but it all was worth while.
