I used Kirk and Partners for a flat purchase, I went for them as they were slightly cheaper than other solicitors but this was big mistake. I saved £300 in fee but now facing 25K in additional charges from Management agency because solicitor did not do his study the documentation and failed to spot errors with management report. The solicitor assigned was Mr Huge Lewis he has absolute zero interest in work , require chasing for every single documents , he does not study documentation , he doesn’t deal with situation as expected nor protect your interest.
• Forwarded 9-Month-old management report.
• He did not study any documentation, I have to do it myself .
• I have to chase myself with management agency to get flat moved to my name it took 18 month to register flat to my name in management agencies record.
