Buying our first property was very daunting and we were unsure of the hurdles we would face. I am so happy we chose DKLM to act on our behalf and I would chose them all over again. There were many situations in our process that were stagnant due to the other party - I would like to say that DKLM were constantly providing us updates and thorough responses to all parties, to ensure no clarifications were needed and this really sped up the process in my opinion. You really cannot fault the service received, which is a true bonus.
