Truly great experience from start to finish by Liz Evans who undertook the conveyancing aspect of the sale of our home. The industry of solicitors always seem to carry a negative reputation in my mind, especially with regards to properties but Harwood and James really have changed my opinion. Above anything, communication was exceptional, with Liz always responding in an extremely efficient manner and took the time to explain things where needed. This is all you ever want, good clear communication in order to get the job done and it makes the world of difference. Would highly recommend especially Liz personally, but the whole team seemed friendly and able to help where required.

Impeccable service from start to finish!
Liz is by far the best solicitor I have ever worked with. She was brilliant with our house purchase from start to finish. We have recommended her to many friends and family who are going through both the sale and purchasing of houses.
She was polite, prudent and frankly run the entire chain on her own when other firms were struggling. She went above and beyond for us and we wouldn't hesitate to use her again.
