Leadenhall law group did the conveyancing on a property i purchased... in the papers i summited i stated there was an existing extension... the sellers who stated they never believed there was an extension but could not be 100% sure as it was not their home (in the sellers defence it was a probate sale)... well Leadenhall never though that 2 contradicting bits of information was worth flagging, nor did they even question it with me... So leadenhall law gave me their thumbs up and i moved it... spoke to planning department about some alterations i was looking to do, and found out.. the extension was not approved nor had been subject to building regulations... £80,000 later the errors are corrected...
Leadenhall as im now aware was previously called Allen Rutherford and change their name every so often (i will let you guess why?) Same directors same address same *****.
