Dreadful communication - no sense of customer care.
All the basics done which is the minimum expected but all but impossible to contact (17 calls over the period of the transaction and not one answered, all to voicemail). Even trying to call via the main switchboard proved impossible. Rarely was a call or email responded to. On the day we went to sign contracts David turned up 15 minutes late with no apology having clearly been on a Christmas lunch. I had to point out that the purchase price on the contract was wrong - to the order of a million pounds which he blamed a colleague for a typo! On the day of completion his colleague called to say we'd have to wait to hear if the money had gone through as she was going to lunch - that whilst our removal team were sitting outside our new property waiting to unload. No sense of customer service at all.

Professional and efficient
Matters were handled professionally and it was perhaps unfortunate that there was a change of personnel part way through dealing with matters which may have affected progress and communications and a misunderstanding of the basis for payments/charges.
Bell & Buxton also handled the sale of the property very efficiently.
