Divorce proceedings
I first contacted Blake Morgan when I wanted to start divorce proceedings against my husband. From the very beginning I felt very supported and reassured by Simon Burge which was so important during an extremely stressful and emotional time. He gave clear and honest advice and made it clear that if my husband and I were to be reconciled I was able to stop proceedings anytime I wanted right up until the decree absolute was granted, which is what happened. I would have no hesitation in recommending Simon Burge and Blake Morgan to anyone else.

Divorce

Excellent Family Law Team
There can be few stress-free divorces but this case involved a pension in payment, a long-standing family home pre-dating the marriage, removal of a child from the family home and the need to protect a separate home for a vulnerable offspring from a previous marriage. Simon Burge provided consistently wise advice, constructive challenge when needed and a rapid response to issues as they were raised. Simon was ably supported by his junior colleague, Jessica Howard who matched his high standards of personal attention, wisdom and kindness. It is all too easy to envisage a far less satisfactory outcome without such an excellent team.
