We have used Howard Hyman a couple of times now for several House Purchases and our Wills. He is on the board of multiple banks meaning he can act on our behalf for the mortgage with no issues. He is extremely thorough meaning we have all the information needed to go through with the house purchases with complete confidence. Howard also fights our corner extremely well - meaning any outstanding issues were resolved by the seller prior to us moving in rather than being left to us. He is easy to get hold of over email or phone and provides constant updates. I feel that his fees are very reasonable considering the amount of work he puts in. We will definitely use him for all of our future legal requirements and cannot recommend him highly enough.
