House sale
Efficient service with a number of properties (mothers house after probate), daughters selling and buying (3 more properties) all dealt with by Erandeep, Jake and Amanda. One sale was complex but they dealt with it efficiently and effectively - one issue confused us, fortunately not them!

Highly recommended
We have used Clarkes LLP before and my opinion remains unchanged - 1st Rate.

We used Clarkes for our house sale as we have used them before but unfortunately for us our journey was filled with difficulties the solicitor's at the start of the chain were very difficult to deal with. I wanted to say a special Thank you to Jake at the Wellington Branch who was amazing, he was there to listen to me every week and anything I asked of him, it was never to much trouble, it was a pleasure speaking to him.

Eirandeep was super in providing us updates as necessary. He’s extremely professional but also personable, and nothing is too much!
