Janes works within the Corporate Department working alongside specialist solicitors on major transactions. Janes role includes producing and drafting contractual agreements and ancillary documentation for client matters. She is also involved in filing documents at Companies House, legal research and managing files and diaries. Jane undertakes legal research to provide information and updates for clients.
