Tricky divorce settlement
At the beginning which is over 4 yrs now I had no idea how my life would pan out as my ex had gone AWOL and I was left to deal with a house, mortgage , bills etc. After many court cases where my ex was a no show I eventually got permission to sell the marital home , claim part of his pension and try to move on with my life.
I must admit I never thought it would happen but thanks to Sonia Rola’s persistence , I did come out of the situation reasonably well. It took a long time but I grew to realise that I just had to go with it especially with the pandemic which slowed the whole world down .
My life is much better now thanks to Southgate Solicitors !

Highly recommend

Helpful and pragmatic
I found Sonia to be very pragmatic, informative and helpful. I wanted advice on my options for splitting up with my partner. My divorce
All great divorces were once happy marriages. It's a hugely complex and very emotional moment in time and requires good advice and a steady head. Sonia from Southgate Solicitors was supportive, understanding and emphatic when she needed to be and was strong, determined and demanding when she needed to be. Overall, the whole process is very painful and draining for the client, but the most important thing is to come out the other end, with optimism and energy. If I ever get divorced again, which I won't, I wouldn't hesitate to use Southgate Solicitors again.

Family matter
I was going through a very difficult time in my life and was looking for a Solictor to help. I was recommended Sonia Rola of Southgate Solictor’s. I contacted Sonia and she was so efficient she contacted me back straight away. I explained to Sonia that I was very stressed out and did not know how to deal with my situation, Sonia was so calm, professional and very empathetic to my situation.
