Painfully slow, even for solicitors. Two partners. Seems like they have their own dedicated caseloads, so eg. if one goes on holiday everything seems to go on hold. Was hoping to pay fees on completion but insisted on fees up front (so no urgency thereafter) Won't be using them again.
