Sale of house - Excellent service
JCP Solicitors carried out the conveyancing on the sale of my mother’s house. Helen Rule and Claire Edwards were excellent throughout the whole process from initial contact to completion of the sale. It was easy to get in touch by email or telephone and queries were always answered or resolved quickly. First class service and I would highly recommend.

Conveyancing after probate
It has been a positive experience, as an executor selling a property, working with Claire Edwards and Helen Rule, who have been really helpful and thorough throughout .
And getting things done in a timely fashion - much appreciated.
And working with Alice Rowlands on the probate has been a very good experience. She has held my hand throughout - and continues to do so.

Sale of Property
Following a bereavement had to sell a property
The service provided was excellent both Helen Rule & Claire Edwards were always on hand to guide us through the process, and were both efficient & respectful of our situation. They were always available for any queries and dealt with issues immediately.
The sale was completed in the time scale required for our buyers and the whole process was painless & professional

Superb solicitors
My partner and I used JCP Solicitors for our simultaneous sale and purchase. We found their service to be of the highest standard. Both Claire and Helen were excellent on the detail, communicative and friendly. Our sale was quite stressful at times due to our buyers side, and one of the reasons we pushed through this was through the persistence and patience of Claire and Helen. Their replies on email were very prompt which gave us reassurance. At the right times, they spoke to us on the phone and were very personable and human. We are grateful to have had them by our side, guiding everything in the right direction. We'd thoroughly recommend their services.

Fantastic all round!

Conveyancing
Helped us with a house purchase, had an excellent frequency of communication throughout though occasionally a little confusing and some of the long email threads were quite hard to follow sometimes. Overall a very good experience though and was impressed with the effort they put into making it as smooth a process as possible. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

On the ball solicitors
Claire and Helen recently dealt with the sale of my house and were by far the best solicitors in the whole chain.
