Very poor service from the conveyancing team. My case was handled by Shiria Khanam, and there was no communication at all even though I paid ~ £1000 in fees, hoping my property conveyancing would be smooth and stress-free. To say the service was appalling is an understatement. You will not be updated on the progress of your file and will have to constantly chase them on the phone as they do not reply to emails. Trusting your purchase to these guys comes with a significant risk of it falling through, and you will be constantly upset by their lack of communication. They do not fulfill the promises they make when you first contract them. They prioritise big property sales neglecting low value property ones. I would NEVER use them again - and that is for all services. Utterly incompetent!

I was quite happy with they service rendered to me, from the customer service to the solicitors very excellent service.
