Sheetal Patel is a solicitor with a number of years experience in the fields of Family Law and Criminal Defence. Sheetal has built her expertise and reputation in these areas by representing a wide range of clients. Sheetal’s family law expertise includes public and private law proceedings from care proceedings, domestic violence injunctions and Child Arrangement Orders. She represents parents, interveners, parents via an official solicitor and extended family members. Sheetal also has experience representing clients at the police stations and Courts for a number of different offences. She holds Duty Solicitor status in criminal law practice. Before becoming a solicitor, Sheetal undertook a significant number of work placements, pro bono projects and court related activities to further her career for practice. She has experience representing vulnerable clients with mental health and learning difficulties and cases with allegations of serious abuse, domestic violence and injuries.
