Wonderful service, very knowledgeable, helpful and kind

Great Services, very knowledgeable

Very comprehensive consultation
Neha was brilliant. We had our assessment consultation and she was comprehensive and provided very useful advice. I was worried at first as I thought that the consultation would not be detailed as it was a free assessment but it was very detailed. We finished our first phone call and Neha actually called me back as she had further advice to give me which is absolutely amazing and shows she cares as well as her commitment to providing an excellent service to clients . I definitely recommend!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else
We first went to OTB Legal a few months ago and was put in contact with their lawyer ‘Neha’ she gave us free legal advice and from the moment we spoke to her we knew she was the lawyer we wanted to represent my husband. For months before we was fighting the home office and not getting anywhere. The minute Neha got involved we got the answer we wanted. We cannot thank her enough and if we ever need another solicitor then we will turn to OTB legal.

A chat about Visas with Neha
After 2 failed visitor visa applications I decided to engage with OTB Legal. I was fortunately able to speak with Neha who was able to give me much needed information as to why my application was denied and also provide details about which visas I could apply for in the future. Her breadth of knowledge is astounding coupled with a calm, professional and sympathetic manner. I now have a firm understanding of what I need to do for a successful application. I would advise anyone with immigration issues to speak with Neha, she’s a credit to her company.

Great Once Again
I used Neha for my partner's spouse visa after our successful fiancé visa through her before. Our spouse visa was completed efficiently and accepted so now we can continue to live our lives together. Neha was an amazing help, always gave clear instructions and helped quickly when necessary. Can't recommend highly enough.
