Louise Kenny and her team provided a first class conveyancing service for a property purchase in Chichester. The whole process only took 8 weeks and emails were always answered promptly and efficiently . Louise also guided us through the whole process making it stress free. I would highly recommend this company for conveyancing needs .

Brilliant to work with
We recently worked with Louise and Simone on a land transfer and they were both brilliant. Very communicative and the entire process was very straight forward and easy.
They explained the whole process to us, and unlike other solicitors we spoke to, they informed us on what we actually needed to do, and what was actually just an additional step that would be of no benefit other than costing us more money. I would definitely recommend them to others if you're wanting a swift, easy service with individuals who don't want to pull the wool over your eyes.

No stress
Were recommended to me by Greg at LV Noon Estate Agents in Portchester.
All I can say is that I am so happy that I went with them, totally stressless experience.
Everything was quick and easy and Lorna (and sometimes Louise) kept me informed, answered all my queries with no fuss or delay, even if she was out of the office responses were still within 1-2 working days which, for me, was perfect.
As the area I was moving to was pretty much unknown to me they were also able to recommend a good surveyor in the area too.
If you want a Solicitor that knows their stuff (when buying a property) and very nice indeed, go for this one.
May even go to them to write my new Will.

Lorna was amazing.
What was in the end a very long and drawn our process as our buyers were both unhelpful to say the least, Lorna was on the ball the whole way through and pushed when needed to get us across the finishing line as quickly as she could.
