Sara joined Culver Law in February 2026 as a Legal Assistant in the Court of Protection Team. Her legal journey began by studying at Cardiff University and graduating with a First Class Law Degree in 2021. Sara then became a Paid Independent Advocate for a charity, driven by her passion to ensure everyone has a voice and their rights are upheld, particularly in care settings. Sara qualified as an Independent Mental Capacity Advocate in 2023, keeping her clients’ best interests at the heart of every decision made. This experience ignited her enthusiasm to specialise as a Court of Protection lawyer. Sara progressed her legal career as a Court of Protection Paralegal at a well-established law firm in London. She has over two years’ experience assisting with property and financial deputyship and trust matters. She is currently studying for her SQE2 exams with the view to qualify in September 2026. Sara’s key strengths are her empathy, communication and problem-solving skills. She adopts a friendly yet professional approach and strives to go above and beyond for her clients. Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors and going to the gym.
