This firm is a disgrace. They did some initial work for me or £1,000. I was happy with this. They then quoted a figure of £7,500 for the full amount of work. Based on their performance, I accepted this. Having written just a few pages and spending very little time on the case, they alleged to have spent double the amount of anticipated time on it (nothing had changed) and that before they did anything more, I had to send them more money (an unspecified amount). When I declined, pointing out that I had a fixed price quote, they refused to undertake any more work. I asked their partner, Jamie Brown, to contact me by telephone as he himself had quoted the job and told me in person that the figure was fully inclusive. The spineless, cowardly individual declined to do so time and again. Absolute charlatans, avoid like the plague.
