Probate sale
We used Gurjeet’s services for a probate property sale. Being a probate sale, this was a difficult and emotional process for us. Gurjeet was fantastic, very professional and efficient throughout. Fast and professional!
I have used SPL previously for my property purchased but this was the first time we had Gurjeet as our solicitor! There was a change in solicitors within SPL during the conveyancing, however Gurjeet picked this up superbly and did not let us feel out of touch and she went ahead to finish the job! She was quick, efficient and had a ‘get the job done’ mindset which is what you want in a solicitor especially when it comes to property purchases! I hope to deal with yourself again and highly recommend her professionalism whilst going above and beyond to assist her clients! Reasonable, fair and transparent pricing! Many thanks!

Excellent service provided
Throughout this journey gurjeet was very adept at her time management skills given that the process was through a lot of emails. Signings were quick and easy and very little was needed on days when forms needed to be signed. Her correspondence was thorough and frequent and alleviated any potential stress which can often occur during the selling of a property.

Great Communication & Efficiency
We moved up to Newcastle from London, and instructed Samuel Phillips to handle the conveyancing for our new property purchase.
Gurjeet was fantastic, and communicated well throughout the conveyancing process, answering my questions and emails and helping us through the process.

Purchase of 80 Montagu Court, and Sale of 30 Elmfield Rd.
During the very long and tortuous process of selling our house and buying another, Gurjeet provided an excellent and supportive service as our conveyancer. She negotiated the long series of delays, caused solely by our buyers and sellers, with great skill and tact, and patiently tolerated the numerous phone calls I showered upon her.
