Brilliant conveyancing
All the staff at Buchanan & Co were execllent, very professional, friendly and always happy to help. Jane Warrington and Sue Bliss were great and kept in regular contact. They were so helpful and went above and beyond when complications arose. I would definitely recommend Buchanan & Co.

Battled through to a successful conclusion!
I daresay that all conveyancing has a element of challenge and a few unexpected requests. This transaction wasn't straightforward and required patience and perseverence on the part of Sue Bliss at Buchanans. She dealt with all obstacles and kept us informed throughout the process. Approacable and Affordable.
I sold my previous house through a specialist conveyancing service and the latest via Buchanan's. The difference in service was immense. All questions were dealt with quickly and I was always informed by phone or email of the sale progression. Buchanan's are Highly recommended.

Friendly and helpful

Bought my first home!
Came across Buchanan & Co online, and they couldn't have been more helpful. Made the whole process very straight forward and offered great advice throughout the whole process. After a few quotes from other solicitors, Buchanan & Co were very reasonably priced. Overall I am extremely happy with the outcome, so much so I have already recommended them.
