Teresa has gained extensive experience with residential property during her 35 years at Ash Clifford dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, mortgages, shared ownership and help to buy schemes. She is also adept at handling unregistered and more complex titles. Determined to demystify the legal process, Teresa has an approachable manner and enjoys working closely with clients guiding them through their transaction with clear and straightforward advice. Outside of work Teresa renovates property with her husband and, weather permitting, enjoys growing vegetables and flowers for cut floral arrangements. Any spare time is spent grooming her huge dog, Kevin the Briard.
