Fantastic Service
We received a second to none service from Blanchard's Bailey. We had a pretty complex sale and without the time and dedication provided by Tess I honestly think the sale would have happened. She spent time keeping us updated, we were always able to contact her and if she said they were going to call they did so. Professional excellent friendly service - I would recommend them. Also a very reasonable price.

Always helpful and friendly
They helped me through selling and purchasing properties. Dealing with my husbands will and setting up a trust after my husband died. They also made me understand the importance of reading everything properly.

Efficient and friendly service
Tessa handled selling my home in Shaftesbury and I honestly have no complaints or issues. It was all so smooth and I am very grateful to her (and Finnley). I particularly appreciated that when I called to speak to Tessa, it was usually Tessa who answered the phone. Whenever I have sold previously I have always had to go through a reception and invariably had to wait for a call back.

Blanchard Bailey have dealt with Wills and inheritance tax. PoA and trusts. Buying and selling property.
