Charles really helped me with a case I was dealing with on behalf of my brother. Charles was so kind, understanding and offered great advice. Charles offered a high level support and expertise regarding my brothers case, and I am so thankful for all his help. Charles explained the process from start to finish and I felt he went above and beyond with the support he gave me. Charles was like a fountain of knowledge and helped me understand the case and offered fantastic advice that greatly benefited my brother.
