Awful service - ruined buying our first property
Recently used robson and co whilst buying a property, I wish I read the reviews before agreeing to use them as our solicitors. They were far from a well oiled machine, the woman who was dealing with us ignored pretty much all of our emails, calculated my stamp duty wrong by nearly £20,000, didn’t tell us we were in a chain, when we were finally at the point completing it all went pear shaped completely and nearly missed our completion date as they had no contact with anyone. We even wrote emails to the company explaining we were worried we weren’t getting any replies, and no surprise that got ignored. Would never use again and if you want an unhappy service, I advise use this firm. Shocking. In the end a complaint got put in, and we received a small refund as a gesture, which was nothing compared to the issues that were caused. A special time of our life buying a new home got completely ruined.
