Frank heads the Civil and Criminal Litigation Division and has over 20 years' experience in Contract Law, Business Law and Civil and Criminal litigation. Frank graduated from Leicester University with a BA (Hons) Degree in Law and Business Administration. He then completed his Legal Practice Course (London Metropolitan University) and qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and then pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) before completing a Masters Degree in International Business Law (LL.M) – with a specialty in e-Commerce Law; Entertainment and Sports Contracts. Frank has worked in Kuwait with an international Law Firm (heading their International Commercial Division). Frank has also worked as a Lecturer in International Human Rights Law in Botswana and South Africa. Frank holds a Practice License from the East African Bar; which enables him to practise law in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and South Sudan. As an international lawyer, Frank handles international arbitration, mediation, inter-governmental matters and corporate business affairs across multi-jurisdictions. Frank regularly attends professional development courses in various countries from England and Wales across to Uganda and Kenya so that he can continue to build legal knowledge to enable him to assist his wide range of international clientele. At home, Frank has built a reputation for assisting clients and finding solutions to their legal problems without placing too much financial, emotional and time burden on clients while finding positive solutions to their matters.
