I use WTB Solicitors to sell my house.
[See More]1. And then WTB Solicitors act on my behalf to buy apartment but the did not buy it, WTB charged me the bill is £550 + VAT = £660
2. Then I move to buy house and get mortgage BTL but my mortgage was asking for panel Solicitors but WTB is not panel solicitors, I change to my panel solicitors and WTB Solicitors charged me the bill is £354.
3. I ask them to act for me to leasing 3 commercial Units but they do from November 2022 to May 2023, it took over six months and it was very slow then current lease holder let someone else leasing 3 units. WTB Solicitors charged me bills are £630+VAT=£756 and £395+VAT=£474
They charged me total of £2244 for nothing. I think they were not my side. The solicitor act on my behalf is Razia Miah
